1990-1991 Honda CRX Door Sash

These are printed in ABS by default.
Sashes will come with 6 M3 countersunk screws and washers to replace the 6 Philips head screws holding your door sashes in. There’s 3 square pads on the inside of each sash, the intention is to wipe it and put a small strip of 3m automotive tape (not included).
After 3m tape has been placed onto the square pads, you need to put a couple drops of glue inside the grove on the bottom and insert the neoprene rubber that’s included. Recommended a test fit of the rubber so you know where you are going to place it.
The neoprene rubber strip is not installed before shipping allowing the ender user to scuff sand the entire outside of the sashes with 220 then 400 for filler primer followed by SEM trim paint if they choose. The rubber is purposely a little long to also allow the end user to trim as necessary.
It is NOT necessary to sand/prime/paint if you do not want to but the part is 3d printed. Due to the part being ABS like many of our car parts, it will fade with UV exposure but painting them will help add uv protection to allow them to last longer. If you want a 10/10 some work will need to be put in but minimal.
if you choose ASA as the material, it will have superior UV protection and not require painting at all. ASA will not match the typical trim black on the chassis so painting is recommended to match.
Due to part being 3D printed it will not be smooth/perfect in every aspect, but we will try our best!
