These are printed in PETG at about 1/4” thickness and about 20mm over stock with an inside lip that can be trimmed if necessary.
Each side is sold in 3 separate pieces. Recommended to tape them together using a strong tape like hvac tape and glue them on the reverse side with CA glue or JB Weld Plastic Bonder. After together, lay 2 layers of 6oz fiberglass to really make the connection solid.
Once pieces are bonded, bodywork it however you see fit or wrap it. You can drill through it and mount rivnuts into your chassis, panel bond it onto your chassis, however you decide to mount it.
Recommend putting some fiberglass on the backside before sanding and body working the exterior.
You will need to drill and install a rivnut into the chassis to secure the top mounting location. Bottom flange will bolt into OEM body hole.
