These are printed in PETG at about 1/4” thickness and about 45mm over stock with an inside lip that can be trimmed if necessary.
Each side is sold in 2 separate pieces. Recommended to tape them together using a strong tape like hvac tape and glue them on the reverse side with hot staples and/or JB Weld Plastic Bonder. After together, lay 2 layers of fiberglass if you really want to solidify the bond. The pictures CRX did NOT do the fiberglass portion.
Once pieces are bonded, bodywork it however you see fit or wrap it. You can drill through it and mount rivnuts into your chassis, panel bond it onto your chassis, however you decide to mount it. There are NO holes in it like a typical flare, this gives you the option to reinforce it and bodywork it into your car or do whatever you’d like.
Pictures shown are on DA trailing arms and the wheel is a 15x10 +25 with a 10mm spacer so effectively +15.
Due to part being 3D printed it will not be smooth/perfect in every aspect, but we will try our best!
