DIY EF Hatch Fender Cutouts
These are printed in ABS.
Mount cutout onto car and align it with door body lines. After it’s lined up, mark the top and bottom hole locations.
You will need to drill and tap or install a rivnut into the chassis to secure the top mounting location. Bottom flange will bolt into OEM body hole.
Before cutting your fender, ensure fitment is where you want it. Some small sanding here and there on the cutout may be required. Current testers haven’t found any but observe how it interacts with your chassis.
At this point, cut your fender very close top of the fender molding flat. Lay the fender on car and on top of the cutout flange. Trim your fender as necessary, use the supplied 3d printed flat flange to drill holes through the fender and cutout. Install the M5 rivnuts into the cutout top flange.
Cutouts will come with 4 M5 button head bolts, rivnuts, and exterior 3D printed flange.
Treat the part like any fiberglass or metal component as far as lightly sanding, applying filler, primer, paint and or wrap.
Due to part being 3D printed it will not be smooth/perfect in every aspect, but we will try our best!
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks max after purchase as they will be made to order
