DIY CRX Fender Cutouts
These are printed in ABS, HIGHLY recommend putting some fiberglass on the backside before sanding and body working the exterior.
Mount cutout onto car and align it with door body lines. Some washers on the top and/or bottom flange may be needed to help. After it’s lined up, mark the top and bottom hole locations.
You will need to drill and tap or install a rivnut into the chassis to secure the top mounting location. Bottom flange will bolt into OEM body hole.
At this point, cut your fender very close top of the fender molding flat. Lay the fender on car and on top of the cutout flange. Trim your fender as necessary, use the supplied 3d printed flat flange to drill holes through it he fender and cutout.
Cutouts will come with 4 M5 bolts and quota

Differences in Gen 2: raised the top flange for better door alignment & works with OEM fenders as well as our wide fenders
Due to part being 3D printed it will not be smooth/perfect in every aspect, but we will try our best!
